COURTESY POLICY

Please be respectful and kind to all stylists and clients in the salon. I also understand that some conversation topics are more sensitive than others and I please ask you to stay away from topics such as politics and religion.

CLEAN HAIR POLICY

Please come to your appointments with clean hair. Build up of product in your hair can cause interference with color and glosses used in your appointment. If built up product is severe there will be an additional cost for shampooing before starting your service. Also note, this can replace the service time designated for styling your hair if your service allows for it.

EXISTING CLIENT CANCELATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore require at least 48 hours notice of cancelation to prevent a fee from being charged. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $25. Appointment canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show" will incur a fee of 50% of the service amount. I can also make no guarantees for rescheduling times. I will make every effort to reschedule as time allows for it. If you need rescheduled sooner than my schedule allows, please inquire about surge pricing and times.

CLIENT PROTECTION POLICY

I value your time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policy that I hold my clients to. Should I need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances with less than 24 hours notice, I will honor 50% off your next service if we cannot reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

If you feel that your service is not to your liking, then you have 7 days from the day of your appointment to get in contact with me with what you are unsatisfied with. After 7 days, any corrective actions will be paid as a regular service.

SURGE PRICING

When my schedule is at full capacity, I do offer certain hours outside of my normal business operating times. If a client is in need of an appointment during these hours, surge pricing will apply and a 25% fee will be applied to the service amount total.
